Green Students Workshop
about the program
The Green Student Workshop is an ANNUAL empowerment program for high school (secondary) students, and teachers to spark curiosity, expand environmental knowledge, and inspire immediate action. It is designed to inspire student-led action in mitigating environmental issues in communities and schools, by empowering students to know and supporting them to act.
The workshop brings together high school students, teachers, and stakeholders together to spark conversations about the environment.
Built for Students
Any high school student between the age of 13-19, who is interested in environment related disciplines and expresses this interest, is encouraged to participate.
Why the workshop
The workshop focuses on three core areas: environmental and waste pollution education, environmental education training for teachers, and career preparation in the environmental field.
Beyond the workshop
Every year, we launch the Green Student Fellowship. After every workshop, students can apply to join the fellowship which would avail them the opportunity to network with like-minded students across several schools.
